Watertown: Karleen K. Bailey, 49, of Watertown passed away Thursday, March 14, 2013, at a hospital in Sioux Falls. Memorial services were held at 2 p.m. Friday, March 22, 2013, at the Watertown Wesleyan Church in Watertown. Pastor Jim Biswell officiated. Burial was at Mount Hope Cemetery in Watertown.

 The family requests that memorials be directed to the charity of your choice.

 Karleen was born Sept. 17, 1963, in Hot Springs to Gaylord and Shirley (Sleiter) Bleeker. She graduated from high school in Floresville, Texas. On Sept. 19, 1983, she married John A. Bailey in Floresville. Karleen moved to Watertown, where she worked at the Coteau Shopper and later as an appraiser in the director of equalization office. She married Raymond Eggena on Sept. 10, 2004, in Watertown. The couple moved to Aberdeen and have lived there since.

 She enjoyed cooking, cosmetology, riding horse, cake decorating and decorating for the seasons. She also had a passion for Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Karleen loved spending time with family and friends.

 Karleen is survived by her husband, Raymond of Aberdeen; her children: Keith (Danelle) Bailey, Krystle (Josh) Jenkins and Kami Bailey; one grandson, Keigen Bailey; and her parents, Gaylord (Shirley) Bleeker, all of Watertown; three brothers: Mark (Julie) Bleeker and Bryan Bleeker, all of Watertown and Jason (Becky) Bleeker of Webster; and one sister, Paula (Joey) Chapa, of Goose Creek, S.C.

 She was preceded in death by her paternal grandparents, Ben (Helen) Sleiter; and her maternal grandparents, John (Jennie) Bleeker.
