The family and friends of Mrs. Barbara Carol Navarre are mourning the loss of their loved one who was called from this life and into the arms of Jesus on March 13, 2013, at the age of 58.
Funeral services honoring Barbara's life will be held at a later date.
Barbara Carol was born in Redfield to the late Ronald Bean and the late Lucille Emery on April 23, 1954.
She worked as a payroll clerk. She was a graduate of Redfield High School class of 1972 and Stewarts Cosmetology School class of 1975. She was an animal lover and enjoyed playing with her pets, Kip, Pebbles, Bell and Mike.
Barbara is survived by her beloved husband, Joseph Billy Dale Navarre, of Jennings; one brother, Bruce Bean, of Ramona, Calif.; two sisters: Marinell Winston and Julie Ann Emery, both of Minneapolis, Minn.; stepmother, Alecia "Lisa" Bean; and her stepsiblings: Norman Fjelstad of Omaha, Neb., and Lori Burgard of Aberdeen.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Ronald and Lucille; and her grandparents, Floyd and Clara Bean.
