Betty Hanthorn, 88, of Watertown died April 8, 2013, in Sioux Falls. Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. April 12, 2013, at First United Methodist Church, Watertown. Burial will be in Mount Hope Cemetery. Visitation is Thursday, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Wight, Comes, and Sogn Funeral Chapel, Watertown.
The family requests memorials to be designated to the Watertown First United Methodist Church or Watertown Town Players.
Survivors are her son, Frank (Katie) Hanthorn of Alexandria, Minn.; daughters: Debby (Jerry) Dockstader, Jackie Hanthorn, all of Sioux Falls and Carol (Ron) Loeschke, of Aberdeen; seven grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Everett Hanthorn; and parents, Maude and Frank Hurle.
