Pamela Ann Bain, 75, of Flint died Tuesday, May 7, 2013, at McLaren-Flint. Funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 11, 2013, at the Swartz Funeral Home, 1225 W. Hill Road, in Flint, Mich. Cremation will take place following the service. Those desiring may make contributions to the American Cancer Society. Visitation will be held from 3 to 8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. until the time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
Pamela was born in Ipswich on Nov. 26, 1937, and was a resident of the Flint area since 1954. She enjoyed going to the casino with her friends and family. Pamela was an executive secretary for Buick Motor Division for 20 years and, prior to that, she was employed by the Mott Foundation Building.
Surviving are her children: Roger and wife, Linda, of Flint, Michelle Dillard of Flint and Scott and wife, Lora, of Clarkston; five grandchildren: Patrick, Luke, April and husband, Justin, Brian and Ashlie; two great-granddaughters: Joslyn and Brooke; and special friend, Marie "Annie" Trombley.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 54 years, Donald, on March 21, 2008; parents; and son-in-law, Jerry Dillard.
