Hecla: Violet Dinger, 80, of Hecla passed away Aug. 29, 2013, at Oakes Community Hospital. A prayer service will be held on Sunday, Sept. 1, 2013, at 6:30 p.m. at the United Methodist Church, Hecla. The funeral will be Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. also at Hecla United Methodist Church, with burial to follow at the Hecla City Cemetery.
