Ashley, N.D.: Funeral service for Chris Maier, 101, of Ashley will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, Sept. 2, 2013, at Zion Lutheran Church at Ashley.
Burial will be in Zion Lutheran Cemetery.
Visitation will be for one hour prior to the service at the church.
Chris died Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at Ashley Nursing Home.
Survivors include three sister-in-laws: Inez Salzer, Ollie Sackmann and Hilda Sackmann.
Carlsen Funeral Home of Ashley has been entrusted with arrangements.
