McLaughlin: Funeral services for Eugene 'Billie Jack' Leaf, 40, of McLaughlin, will be Wednesday, Sept. 11 at 1 p.m., at Rock Creek Community Center, Bullhead. Burial follows at St. John's Episcopal Cemetery, Bullhead. Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 10 at the Church of Jesus Christ, McLaughlin, with wake services beginning at 7 p.m. at the Bullhead Community Center.
Eugene entered the spirit world Aug. 30, 2013 in McLaughlin.
