Jon Henry Raaf, 51, of Ellendale died Jan. 28, 2013, at his home in Ellendale. A memorial service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013, at Hoven Funeral Chapel, Ellendale, with Pastor David Jones officiating. Burial will be at Richardton, N.D., at a later date.
