Hermina was a hard-working person with a passion for family, church and service to others. Her work included establishing the school lunch program for the Aberdeen Parochial Schools, managing Goodman News and Carrow's Formal Wear. After retiring, Hermina enjoyed many years of volunteer work at the Roncalli Nearly New Shop, where she built lifelong friendships.
She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church and was active in the CCD program as an educator. She participated in Altar Society, Catholic Daughters and volunteered for the St. Mary's Bazaar. Her strong faith was an inspiration to many.
